Who should attend?
Anyone who is responsible for creating reports in a database and has not attended the module ACC-03-01 Microsoft Access 2003 Introduction.
Pre-requisites
Attendees should be familiar with the concepts of tables, fields and records. They should also have experience of viewing and inputting data through the use of forms. Familiarity with topics covered in the following modules:
Objectives
To design and save simple reports that are based on tables or queries.

Report Wizard
Create simple reports based on a table/query. Create a grouped report. Produce labels. Generate a mail merge.
Report Controls
Select, edit and move report elements and controls. Align report controls. Apply formatting to text controls. Control border styles. Add control objects using the Toolbox. Control properties. Control tab order.
Creating Reports From Scratch
The design screen. Report headers/footers. Page headers/footers. Group headers/footers. Simple calculations.
