Objectives
To understand how to preview and print Access reports. Delegates will also learn to search, sort and filter information to locate specific records.
Course Content
Database Basics
Understand records and fields. Open & close forms, queries and reports.
Forms
Form and datasheet views. Use the navigation bar to move between records. Find a specific record. Filter displayed data, sort records in ascending/descending order.
Queries
Alter column widths, and row height of query datasheet.
Reports
Print and preview existing reports.
